It is a business with over 200 years of tradition and experience. In 1778 we opened our first store in Newcastle and it is still trading successfully to this day on the very same site. Since then there have been many notable achievements, from making the Rugby League Trophy and more famously our Bradford store, formerly known as Fattorini’s submitted a design to the Football Association for a Silver Cup which was approved and produced in 1911 and is known as the FA Cup.




Back in 1919, Goldsmiths was also proud to be named as the UK's first appointed stockist of Rolex watches. Today, we have the largest distribution network for Rolex, Tag Heuer, Cartier, Omega, Gucci and many other reputable watch brands.
